The first chapter: Using IP as business advantages: IP audit as a tool deals with the fundamentals of IP audits in India. The subsequent chapter- Audit for IP systems deals with the Audit process which is then backed by the chapter- Role of IP audit for gaining business advantage which focuses on the benefits of IP auditing and reasons for the same. The next chapter deals with IP audit and licensing opportunities whereby the role of IP audit in case of IP licensing is elaborated. The course ends with Compliance and IP best practices. At the end of each chapter, there is a list of suggested further readings that can be used by the readers to further enlighten themselves.
